It’s a rainy day and I’m stuck inside with a cold. Now is the good time to stock up on some vitamin C and keep yourself healthy. One of the best ways is eating the fruit itself, although you’re tempted to stock your fridge with the from concentrate juices it’s healthier for your body and your weight to take it in, juice meat and all. The rind is also good for flavoring. Try saving the zest of the orange from your afternoon snack in a freezer safe zip top bag for those times when you need them. Also a nice orange chicken is always nice.
